Class 1 Make Vegetable soup!

We’ve been very busy in Class 1. On Friday 20th November we made vegetable soup.
As part of our topic on seasons we have been learning about how the season affects us. We‘ve been talking about how the weather can effect what grows, in the winter we have lots of vegetables and in the summer we have lots of tasty fruits like strawberries.
We had so much fun tasting all the vegetables and trying to chop them ready for the pot.
The soup took just under an hour to cook and we all took it in turns to stir the pot. We all tried the finished product and it was really tasty.
A wonderful winter warmer.
